Yoga has gotten a facelift with Yoga Fly, a new technique that combines all the benefit from yoga, Pilates, dance, and aerial acrobatics. Created by Patricia Duchaussoy, Yoga Fly exercises are done in the air on a special hammock made of stretchable and slip-free fabric. Some of the benefits include increased joint mobility and muscle strength. For first timers, there are beginner classes that promise confidence in three sessions.
