After a hectic nine day tour of Canada The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge headed down to la la land to be a part of the Hollywood glitz and glamour. From attending Trade and Commerce events, to brushing shoulders with Hollywood A-listers the Royals surely put their best dressed foot forward.

They kicked off their first day with a warm LA welcome at the British Consul-General’s residence and a private reception on the lawn, meeting guests and getting comfortable.

Followed by the much anticipated Bafta Brits to watch event, wherein the royals walked down the red carpet with stars like Tom Hanks, Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Garner, Barbra Streisand, Nicole Kidman and David Beckham among the many. The future King of England looked charming his black suit with matching bow tie while the Duchess looked effortless in a lilac flowing Alexander Mcqueen with white waist band, matched perfectly with Jimmy Choo shoes and diamond earrings borrowed from the Queen. The Duke also happens to be the President of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA).

They then attended the Inner City Arts along with a charity polo game at Santa Barbara, where they again met with Hollywood personalities like Reese Witherspoon and played with actors Billy Zane and Rob Lowe.

After a three day tour of the west coast the Royals and their entourage of 12 boarded a British Airways commercial flight back home. Before leaving the Prince thanked the Golden State and the City of Angels for their warm welcome and gracious hospitality.
